Good to know

Common questions about working with us in Indonesia

Yes — Investor Residency is applicable only if the applicant already owns a registered company in Indonesia. Incorporation is usually completed first, then the residency application follows for each individual.

The C1 is a single-entry visa valid for a 60-day stay, while the D1 is a multiple-entry visa valid for up to a year, with each individual stay limited to a maximum of 60 days. Both are for non-income generating business activity, not employment.

Each visa is tied to the purpose declared in the application — a Tourist e-Visa is for tourism only, and a Business Visit Visa is for non-income generating business activity. The applicant must strictly adhere to the purpose declared.

Yes — the applicant must have an Indonesian sponsor, such as a company, business partner, or event organizer, who issues the invitation letter and applies for the visa through the Indonesia Immigration system.

Any document not originally in English or Indonesian — such as a marriage certificate — needs to be translated by a certified translator before it can be submitted.
